Shipping & Tracking

We do not ship internationally.  For all domestic orders:

  • Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 
  • Made-to-order items will be shipped according to the timeline posted in the listing.
  • If your order contains ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, all items will be shipped together.

We will contact you immediately if there are any issues with your order.  Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (for oversized items).  A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships.

All items in a single order will be packaged and shipped together.  If items need to be shipped to multiple destinations, please make separate purchases.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions or would like additional photos.  Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.

We take great care to package and ship our products.  Returns will only be accepted if you received the wrong item.  You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.  A return shipping label will be emailed to you.  Returns must be shipped back within 3 business days.  Item(s) must be shipped back in similar packaging.  Upon receipt, we will issue a refund using the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands.  We are not liable for lost packages or failed delivery.  Please contact your local USPS office to file a claim.

Commissions & Custom Orders

We will update our policy when we reopen for commissions.

Gift Cards

Gift cards expire two (2) years from the date the gift card was issued.  Gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  For more information, see Shopify's Gift Card Service Terms.
